2020!!! It’s here…well, soon enough, Valentine’s Day. I will help you for prepare by guiding you through making the most awesome Valentine’s Day gift ever!
Come share the experience with your love… Or make a trip out to create this terrific gift and have it ready to present on Valentine’s Day.
Hands-on solid forming sessions here at Hot Blown Glass will include, solid-formed pulled flowers, poured hearts, and sculpted hearts!
All sessions are priced Per Person- per item.
6 students per class.

* January 11 -Saturday -12 noon to 3 PM- HOT- formed flowers-lasting forever! Create your own Glass Flower Bouquet- select your colors, select your style then sculpt 3 hot-formed flowers -$75 per person-this is the perfect everlasting bouquet! *January 12 -Sunday -12 noon to 2 PM – poured hearts with copper heart inclusion! $40.00 per person.
*January 16 -Thursday -6PM to 8 PM- sculpted heart paperweights-this is you taking a traditional paperweight to the EXTREME! -$55 per person
*January 19 -Sunday -12 noon to 3 PM- HOT- formed flowers-lasting forever! Create your own Glass Flower Bouquet- select your colors, select your style then sculpt 3 hot-formed flowers -$75 per person-this is the perfect everlasting bouquet! Join together with your love and create a grand bouquet. If you only want to take on the challenge of 1 flower…$40.00 per person.

All you need is time! And 2 people or more and you have my undivided attention to guide you through creating with HOT GLASS.

Like all my sessions- you need to be 10yrs and older.
You should prepare for hot studio sessions. Dress in layers of cotton and natural fibers. Comfy shoes. And, do bring your own light tinted sunglasses. A cool drink of water will do you good too.

The Glass is Hot in June at Hot Blown Glass.
So, to honor your dad, for Father’s Day, come on out and make him “The World’s Greatest Dad” Glass Sculpture. It’s new! It’s fun! It’s interactive!

Also, on our June summertime hot glass schedule, will be traditional paperweights, pulled flowers and sculpted hearts. Take your pick or pick them all.

Saturday-June 8- 11 AM – 1 PM. Create your own “World’s Greatest Dad” Glass Sculpture. $65 per person. Solid-formed, bit worked, tapered-style sculpture.
Saturday-June 8- 2 PM – 4 PM. Stay traditional, use your dad’s favorite colors and include them in a solid-formed creation. Fix your dad up with the most incredible paperweight in his paperweight collection made by you. $40 per person.
Monday-June 10- 6 PM – 8 PM. Create your own “World’s Greatest Dad” Glass Sculpture. $65 per person. Solid-formed, bit worked, tapered-style sculpture.

The public is invited to try glass forming and make a hot-glass heart paperweight with Lisa Pelo of Hot Blown Glass, Ltd. in the Carmel Arts & Design District (2nd Avenue NW & W. Main Street) from 2 – 9 p.m. There is a $35 cost to participate in this activity and reservations are on the hour (walk-ups will be accommodated if space is available).

March…and April- Hands-on sessions!

March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb!
So, let’s welcome March in by taking on some hands-on sessions here at Hot Blown Glass.

Let’s start with tradition!

Creating paperweights are a great way to start your first experiences in working with hot glass or add more skills to the experiences you have already have.
Join me at Hot Blown Glass, 317-987-6862 – call or text me to enroll for any of these posted sessions.

March 4th – Monday – 6 PM to 8 PM-traditional solid-formed paperweight. $40 per person.
March 9th-Saturday-12 PM to 3 PM-hand-sculpted solid-formed heart paperweights.
(this is a fun session because the initial form is a traditional round paperweight, then you create a disc shaped paperweight, or you take it on to creating a sculpted heart paperweight… You choose one of these as your final form) $40 per person.
March 10-Sunday-1:30 PM to 3:30 PM-pulled solid-formed flowers. (create a single flower for $40 per person, or take on the challenge to create a Beautiful Bouquet of three glass flowers for $75 per person)
March 16-Saturday-12 PM to 3 PM-hand-sculpted solid-formed heart paperweights.

March 31-Sunday-1:30 PM to 3:30 PM-traditional solid-formed paperweight. $40 per person.

We can’t ignore April, because April is Easter time! Egg paperweights and flowers are the theme for spring!!

April 7-Sunday-12 PM to 3 PM-pulled solid-formed flowers. (create a single flower for $40 per person, or take on the challenge to create a Beautiful Bouquet of three glass flowers for $75 per person)
April 8-Monday-6 PM to 9 PM-egg-shaped paperweight or traditional shaped paperweight with “hot inclusions“.
$55 per person
April 13-Saturday-12 PM to 3 PM-egg-shaped paperweight or traditional shaped paperweight with “hot inclusions“.
$55 per person
April 14-Sunday-1:30 PM to 4:30 PM-egg-shaped paperweight or traditional shaped paperweight with “hot inclusions“.

April 15-Monday-6 PM to 9 PM-egg-shaped paperweight or traditional shaped paperweight with “hot inclusions“.
